As part of Epson’s effort to build closer rapport with its customers, the company’s customer service centre has rebranded their after sales service centre from Epson Care to Epson Service.
The objective of the rebranding exercise is to establish better uniformity and standardisation of all elements found in Epson Service Centres throughout the Asia Pacific region, the company said in a statement.
Epson added that the new logo is supposed to project professionalism in customer care as well as trustworthiness.
Epson Malaysia has a total of 56 authorised service providers nationwide including Brunei.
