Your products arrived very quickly which was good but as you will not refund VAT for orders I think it unlikely that we will use your company again as we are Channel Island based and therefore VAT exempt. Thanks Reply from InkandStuff, Shari, we advised that VAT is a legal requirement. Special conditions related to the Channel Islands Inkandstuff is based on mainland UK and registered for VAT in the UK. All our prices include UK VAT at the current rate, however Ex. VAT prices are also displayed for the benefit of our UK VAT registered business customers. All orders despatched to UK addresses are despatched with a full VAT invoice. Orders delivered to EC member states including Isle of Man will be charged VAT in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs rules. Orders delivered to the Channel Islands may be zero rated for larger orders only (over £150) by arrangement and subject to Revenue & Customs rules, but not if ordered and paid on-line. Please contact us prior to placing your order for details of zero-rated supply. Any import duty, taxes or other costs are the responsibility of the customer. NB. All on-line orders include VAT at the current rate. The VAT element cannot subsequently be adjusted or refunded. |
