This is a copy of an email I sent to you on 26 February 2010. Liz Thank you for your help. The 10 cartridges were delivered at 1 o'clock today. Excellent service. The re-labelling of the black cartridges is confusing. As they stand endways on my shelf, they all read "magenta". A slightly longer label could have covered this. Thanks again. If the cartridges behave themselves, I'll be back. |
