Just a big thank you for the excellent service that I have received from your firm.

An email was sent on Sunday, I did not expect a reply till Monday at the very earliest, this was concerning a refillable black cartridge that was leaking, I received a reply same day!! from Steve asking me to contact them the following day, which I did, my complaint was soon sorted out by your very efficient staff and by Tuesday I had a brand new black cartridge and a chip resetter, excellent!!!

It is nice to be able to give credit where it is due as a lot of firms these days sell a product then afterwards just dont want to know, so to all at Inkandstuff Well Done!

And you have my permission to print this as a recommend.
