Last week was the first time I have not received my order next day........but not a problem.

I surf with Firefox but your front page does not work correctly, no "Go" boxes to the right of Canon, HP etc. So you can't navigate your site by drop down box.

I have to use Internet Explorer where it displays fine.

Millions of people now use Firefox so you may be missing loads of orders.
