The first Dell A940 compatible cartridge I ordered wouldn't print anything at all so I sent that back and re-ordered another, that one at least printed some colours but no red so that went back too. I won't be bothering again, guess I'll have to carry on paying Dell's silly prices but at least I get some ink that works. Your service is good but the product didn't match up. Speed of delivery is good and it's great that you are easily contactable if there's a problem. I've had ink from you before for a different printer and as I might start using that printer again for my son's laptop so I might be back for ink for that but not for the Dell. |
