Problem with ink however, as soon as ink and stuff were notified there provided a replacement and when that went wrong I went for a different ink typ. Always responsive and helpful on email, always get a resolution I am content with, in this instance a discount on the ink was issued compensating me for inconvenience. Good work ink and stuff I will continue purchasing from you as long as this standard continues. Georgie
