The service received was excellent with prompt delivery.

My only criticism was lack of reply to the email I sent you immediately after submitting an order and having a confirmation. I pointed out to you that I live in Jersey, Channel Islands and as such VAT ought not be charged. VAT WAS charged so the price although reasonable, was 17 and a half % higher than it ought to have been. The country exemption code for Jersey is JS.

At present I can only buy individual inks in Jersey, hence my order with you. If stockists over here start to stock the complete packs it might bring the price down to lower than your VAT inclusive price - and that would be a pity.

Apart from that, excellent and I would recommend you to others.
