Hi, I have dealt with your company for a few years now (using a different email address) as usual my goods arrived the day after ordering. This time I ordered over the internet but normally I order by 'phone because as you advertise "you are real people" After being put in a position where I had to change my printer through being faulty (Canon 5000) and finding they no longer made that model I had a Canon 5200 in exchange then found that you did not do compatible inks for that model, so I have now purchased a Canon 8500 which I know you sell Inkrite compatibles inks for.
