No refund received. No replacement goods sent.
Will leave it a week then take action.
Will NEVER buy from again and will recommend others to do likewise

We exchanged two emails with you and apologised for the error, where one cartridge was supplied incorrectly. We advised you to use our freepost address to return the item for replacement. The item arrived today (21/3/07) and a replacement has been posted to you first class post. If we make a mistake we rectify it at no cost to the customer and as soon as possible, which we have done with yourself.
