Whilst the speed of your service and quality of products are excellent, you WERE let down by Royal Mail. You sent my parcel by the Initial delivery company. They tried ONCE to deliver but I was out. They took my parcel to a depot in Guildford, some 20 miles away. I had to drive there to claim my parcel spending money on petrol and not getting the product when I needed it. Royal Mail would have taken the parclel to their local depot in Haslemere. I could have walked to ipick it up.
So my purchase became more expensive and less convenient than I have had before.
