I've never used a cleaning cartridge for an inkjet printer before, I usually waste most of a very expensive ink cartridge! In this case the printer had not been used for some time and I was of two minds whether to throw it out. However, the cleaning cartridge has done the trick and the printer is now up and working. Good service, good product, good price! "I'll be back"
