Always get good service. Orders are always received quickly after placing an order, which is very important. However, is it really necessary to receive so many e-mails telling me the status of my order (one for confirmation of order, one for confirmation of payment and then one for confirmation of dispatch)? I would prefer just a confirmation of my order and then an e-mail saying when it is dispatched.
