I tend to be an infrequent user of Inkandstuff, although this is where I purchase all of my printing goods, and to date I have had no reason for complaint or to send items back.
They have always arrived as described, well packaged and well within the time limit given.
My last order is an example; I ordered 10 black refill cartridges, for my epsom printer, on the Sunday night and they were delivered by morning post on the Tuesday, despite it being the run up to christmas time as well.
As far as I am concerned I shall continue to use Inkandstuff and have recommended them to my friends and family (if this means I get extra discount on my next order then all the better!!).
