The service was quick and easy and at a good price. My only problem was I had ordered 8 energy efficient DU10 bulbs only to find one of them was faulty. From what I could see from the web site I could only return the whole order and not just the fautly bulb.

Reply from Inkandstuff. Sorry one bulb faulty, we have sent a replacement to you, you can just return the one faulty item, it is not necessary to return the complete order.
