The care taken to ensure that I had not made a mistake in my unusual online order by emailing me was very impressive. Subsequent telephone conversations were responded to most charmingly. It was unfortunate that these delays meant that some end-of-line stock was sold out by the time it came to assemble my order, but a useful item was included free of charge in its place.
