Overall - excellent.
One of the original items was replaced with a different colour ink. However, my query was promptly deal with and replacements sent the same day.
I am confused why I am being sent boxes of Magenta ink, when I ordered black. However, the last boxes have at least had "magenta" crossed out! So I assume I have black ink - I'll wait and see.
