My only critisism is the time it takes form you to supply A3 photo glossy paper, maybe it's something you don't stock so you have to buy it in which accounts for the time. Other than this you would have got the dot in the best place.

I do have one question though, I am likely to need quite a lot more of the A3 glossy and the double side photo matte, can you offer any reductions and if so how much will I need to buy?
