The service was excellent and communication superb. As yet all the ink's I've used are allowing me to print top rate quality photograph's, at least as good as the original's. One complaint:- some of the ink's were in different packages, i,e. some were boxed at others were in a air tight plastic bag, with no box. Not a major problem except that they look a little untidy when stored. Overall I'm happy
