FREE DELIVERY
If a product is marked free delivery then there is no charge for delivery and your order will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail. Should however you also add an item marked "Delivery Charge" to your basket, this item will be subject to a delivery charge as below.

DELIVERY CHARGE
When a product is marked "Delivery Charge" there will be a charge of £4.95 inc VAT for the delivery of this item. - In the case of camers and printers the charge is £9.95 inc. VAT. This usually only applies to heavier or high value items and is charged only once per consignment, not per item ordered. Please note someone will need to be in to sign for goods despatched by this method.

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY
This is an option available on all orders and is charged at £6.95 inc VAT. The guarantee simply means that we will use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or a 24 hour courier service to despatch your order. You can expect to receive your order the day after we dispatch, this may not be the day after you order. Although we try to despatch most orders on the day we receive them, this is subject to stock availability, weekends, public holidays etc. Please note someone will need to be in to sign for goods despatched by this method.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you want to go to the top of the pile choose this method. The charge is £9.95 inc VAT. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received on any working day before 3 pm, or on the next working day if not received on a working day or after 3 pm. We will dispatch your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a 24 hour courier service. Please note someone will need to be in to sign for goods despatched by this method. This service is subject to stock availability.
