Shipping & Returns

  • All in stock products are shipped within 1 working day or sooner for in stock items
  • On rare occasions where an item is out of stock we will notify you on the day of your order
  • Orders are usually delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class with the exception of bulky and heavy items unless courier delivery was selected by the customer
  • Heavy items are shipped using courier
  • The customer may return any item(s) at their own expense within 7 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund (excluding postage). A recorded delivery should be used for this to ensure it is received and the customer must contact us first to arrange the return.
  • All items come with a no quibble satisfaction guarantee. Any items which do not live up to your expectations for whatever reason may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
  • All ink and laser products are guaranteed for 6 months.
